In August, 2009, the Office of Traffic Safety sponsored an advertisement for the Avoid Program on Revision-3's "Totally Rad Show" (August 19, 2008, Episode 74). Revision 3 is one of a new breed of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) broadcast companies featuring various shows, broadcast directly over the Internet to viewer's computers. Their shows can then be watched on the viewer's computer, streamed to their home televisions, or downloaded and watched on iPods, cellular telephones, and other video equipped devices.

The "Totally Rad Show" and other programs on Revision 3 reach over 2 million viewers every week. With the majority of the show's viewers between the ages of 18 and 34 years of age, this advertising directly targets those most at risk for drinking and driving. The hosts presented the program's information in a relaxed, yet very passionate style.
